A new Dutch company creating sustainably sourced protein ingredients from water lentils approached us for nutrition branding to help them take this new ingredient to the American market. After creating the Aquible brand, we eagerly anticipate the embrace of this new ingredient around the industry.
We hosted Aquible’s key staff for an ideation session in which we explored the potential of their ingredient: a clean label, sustainably sourced protein derived from water lentils. Along with conducting our own research, we drew on their insights to produce a brand strategy and approach to the market.
Aquible makes sustainable, responsible, and accessible plant-based protein and fiber ingredients the norm rather than the exception by uniting resource-conservative water lentils, aquacultural innovations, and patented, applied extraction technology.
Drawing on the brand values and personality identified in the strategy phase, we created the name Aquible and a supporting brand identity.
The visual identity offers a fresh, youthful look that supports a brand centering around sustainability and creativity, with a product that offers benefits for a variety of new applications.
We also created a microsite for the startup firm, applying the branding to a sleek, modern design. We integrated video and custom iconography to help catch viewers’ attention and solidify a memorable brand.
With industry-savvy nutrition branding from MarketPlace, Aquible has an identity and other foundational assets to begin taking their story to the industry.
