For two decades, we have partnered with companies all over the world in the Health + Wellness, Food + Beverage, and Pet + Animal industries. Our value proposition is to cultivate meaningful nutrition and lifestyle brands for people and pets.

We lead strategy sessions. We develop brand identities, websites, ads, trade show experiences, and other strategic creative. We create campaigns, presentations, and sales tools. We produce retail packaging and do custom, in-house photography and videography.

To help us better serve our partners and continue our growth as a company, we’re looking for a Creative Director, Copy (ideally with a minimum of 8 years of agency or agency-adjacent experience) to lead our writing team and guide its evolution. This is a key role for MarketPlace’s success, and it requires a steady, thoughtful, conscientious individual who can not only lead our writing offering but also partner with the Group Creative Director and Executive Director, Strategy to help lead our entire team into the next decade of doing good work.

We highly value high skill with words, but we’re not looking for an award-winning portfolio. We’re looking for a winning personality, someone who earns trust and respect through empathy, leadership, and deep knowledge of the roles that writing plays in an agency environment.
